Welcome to the Autowatch help page. If you are here as a product user please have a look around for the device you have and hopefully the information you are looking for is here. Otherwise feel free to contact us but please do go through the steps listed below before doing so.

If you are an installer looking for information please go to the install site where you will find all the installation information, or contact your local technical or sales representative.

Before contacting us for support

Autowatch do not, and have never, offered direct installation. We are manufacturers and distributors only. Your first point of contact should be with the company that installed the device on your vehicle as they understand the specifics of the installation better than we can. However, if you are not the first owner of the vehicle or have exhaused contact with the original installer we should be able to help.

Before getting in touch please do the following as it will make things considerably faster for everyone.

  • Please have a good read through both your user manual and any notes given to you by your installer.
  • Read through the device or function specific page on this site.
  • Have these details ready: vehicle make, model, and year, and VIN.
  • Installed Autowatch product name and any serial numbers that you may have.
  • Installer details.
